In this role, you will be the foundational architect of our measurement infrastructure. - Finance & ERP Data: Connect marketing efforts to actual bookings, contract data, and revenue metrics housed within our ERP systems.
- Product Telemetry & Usage Data: Incorporate product adoption, utilization, and telemetry data to understand how customers are actively engaging with our solutions post-sale.
- Implement KPI Tracking: Partner with the Marketing Analytics Manager to technically implement and automate the tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within BI dashboards.
- Process Optimization and Governance: Identify gaps in current data collection and reporting processes. Work cross-functionally with IT, RevOps, and Data Engineering teams to improve data hygiene, pipeline automation, and accessibility for the PMM org. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting.
