UnspecifiedThe Collins Customer Portal Administration Intern supports the day-to-day administration of the Collins Aerospace customer portal by managing user registration requests, maintaining user account information, and ensuring customers receive timely access to the appropriate digital services. This role provides operational support while gaining exposure to customer experience, digital operations, identity and access management, and aerospace business processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, and a clear communicator that is comfortable working with internal teams to ensure a secure and efficient onboarding experience for customers.
What you will do:
Process customer user registration requests in accordance with established procedures and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Verify registration information and support documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Create, modify, and deactivate customer user accounts based on approved requests.
Work with internal business unit stakeholders to answer their questions and support inquiries regarding portal functionality.
Assign appropriate user roles, permissions, and access profiles following security guidelines. Monitor and manage shared inboxes and support queues for registration and account administration requests, providing best in class customer support to our customers
Respond to customer inquiries related to account creation, password resets, login issues, and access requests.
Maintain accurate records of registration activities and user account changes.
Escalate complex access or security issues to the appropriate support teams, ensuring resolution is met through active communication and problem solving.
Support periodic user access reviews and account audits to ensure compliance.
Identify recurring issues and recommend opportunities to improve registration processes and documentation.
Assist with creating and maintaining user guides, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
Generate basic operational metrics, including registration volumes, turnaround time, backlog, and SLA performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
Perform other administrative tasks supporting portal operations and digital customer engagement initiatives.
Qualifications you must have:
Must be currently enrolled in the final semesters of an administration or related field.
90% English level- Proficiency and fluency English Skills.
Problem solving skills.
Customer Support experience.
Qualifications we prefer:
Preferable advanced knowledge in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pursuing business related degree aviation related a plus.
