Schedule - Mon-Fri and rotating weekends

What You'll Do:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our facility
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
  • Work alongside a friendly, supportive team that values your skills and ideas.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience in long-term care or working with geriatric populations preferred.

  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and professionalism.

  • Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and accountability skills.

  • Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and support residents’ needs.

  • Self-motivated and capable of planning and implementing organizational goals.
