Sr Country Manager, U4B (Sales Plan)

As the Senior Country Manager for Uber for Business (U4B), you will be the face of our business in a market identified as our most critical global priority. You will build and lead a high-performing sales organization from the ground up, transforming our ambitious "Till 2030" growth initiative into a reality.
This is a high-stakes leadership role that requires you to bridge global strategy with local relevance, making hard calls under pressure in a rapid-growth environment. You’ll navigate the complexities of the Enterprise and Mid-Market sectors, establishing high-quality use cases while managing a matrixed web of internal and external stakeholders. What you’ll do
- Architect and execute the overall U4B strategy, driving significant sales growth and scaling high-impact, locally-driven use cases for core services.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales organization, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability that aligns with our long-term 2030 vision, 22 reps at the moment (1 Manager + 3 ENT AEs direct)
- Provide deep market insights to modify global strategies for maximum local impact and breakthrough.
- Engage directly with C-suite executives and key enterprise prospects to close high-profile deals and build lasting corporate partnerships.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Product teams to build scalable go-to-market processes and ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Drive organizational efficiency by establishing performance metrics and running quantitative assessments to generate actionable business insights.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience in tech, corporate travel, platform solutions, or related commercial fields.
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams, preferably within a rapid-growth or international environment.
- Native level of French and fluent English communication (speaking, listening, writing, and reading) is mandatory.

- Exceptional business judgment and the ability to use data to establish high-value priorities quickly.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Finance.
- Proactive and energetic personality with a passion for building brand-new business units from a starting point.
- Mastery of Salesforce and quantitative decision-making to inform and scale sales processes.
