Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the HR Manager with:  

  • Maintenance of personnel and/or training records  
  • Provide assistance with job postings and maintaining applicant tracking records
  • Assisting with employee recruiting and hiring activities
  • Administration and coordination of new employee orientation programs  
  • Responses to employee inquiries and questions  
  • Maintain knowledge of general state and federal employment compliance requirements  
  • Manage employee data and training records with HRIS
  • Special projects as identified by the HR Manager  
  • Assistance with Employee Engagement initiatives 

Minimum Requirements

  • Have a bachelor's degree by the start of this development program  
  • Be willing to relocate, as required, upon completion of the Accelerated Development Program
  • Must be at least 18 years of age  
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future  
  • Must have 1 year experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Power Point  

     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational/Industrial Psychology or Business Management.  
  • Have previous Internship/Co-op experience within Sherwin-Williams.  
  • Have previous Internship, Co-op or work experience in a related field    
  • Have previous experience working in a team-oriented setting including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc.
