Within this context, the Data Strategist – Data Strategy Lead is a key contributor to advancing our enterprise data strategy, translating strategic priorities into actionable data initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities, shape data use cases, and ensure alignment between business needs and data capabilities. The ideal candidate brings strong problem‑solving skills, a solid foundation in data and analytics, and the ability to communicate insights in a way that drives meaningful action across the organization.
What You’ll Do for Us
Support the execution of the enterprise data strategy by translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, use cases, and initiatives within Corporate Functions
Partner with functional teams to identify high‑value business opportunities where data and analytics can drive improved decision‑making, efficiency, and outcomes
Define and structure data use cases, including business requirements, success metrics, and expected value, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities
Contribute to the development and application of value realization frameworks to measure and communicate the impact of data and analytics initiatives
Collaborate with data, analytics, and technology teams to ensure business needs are clearly translated into scalable and sustainable data solutions
Support data governance efforts by promoting data quality, consistency, and responsible use practices across functions
Help connect data across silos by identifying opportunities for integration and enabling a more unified view of business performance
Develop compelling data‑driven narratives and presentations that translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Enable adoption of data‑driven decision‑making by working with stakeholders to embed insights into business processes and ways of working
Stay informed on emerging trends in data, analytics, and artificial intelligence, bringing relevant ideas and approaches to enhance strategy and execution
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
7+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, business intelligence, or digital transformation roles
Demonstrated experience translating business needs into data‑driven solutions and delivering measurable outcomes
Strong understanding of data strategy concepts, including data governance, data management, and analytics frameworks
Experience working with modern data environments, including cloud‑based platforms and analytics tools
Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to structure complex business challenges into actionable insights
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority
Experience supporting or contributing to value measurement frameworks for data and analytics initiatives
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex data concepts for diverse audiences
Foundational understanding of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics and how they can be applied to business problems
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and applying innovative approaches to drive business value
