Policy Servicing Leader, Asia Region

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Policy Servicing Leader, Asia Region is responsible for leading regional policy servicing operations and ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, compliant, and client-focused policy administration support across Asia. This role drives operational excellence, strengthens service performance, and supports continuous improvement across the policy lifecycle.

We will count on you to:

• Lead policy servicing activities across the Asia region.
• Oversee end-to-end policy administration, including issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, certificates, billing support, and documentation.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex servicing issues.
• Partner with internal teams, brokers, insurers, and clients to resolve issues and support service delivery.
• Monitor service performance, turnaround times, quality, and productivity metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Coach, develop, and support the policy servicing team.

What you need to have: 

• Significant experience in insurance operations, policy servicing, or policy administration.
• Proven leadership experience, preferably across multiple markets or teams.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
