Solution Developer (Java) in ART Communication | SEB, Vilnius

As part of the Digital Interaction team, you will primarily focus on back-end services, APIs, and event-driven integrations, while also contributing to front-end interfaces when needed. You will be encouraged to use tools such as GitHub Copilot responsibly to improve productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and automation.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- 2+ years of experience as a back-end or full-stack developer, with strong knowledge of Java (17+).
- Working knowledge of Angular and Spring.
- Experience with databases and RESTful APIs; familiarity with event streaming such as Kafka is a plus.
- Practical use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, and interest in exploring agent-based coding workflows responsibly in a secure banking environment.
- Knowledge of security best practices in software development.
- Team spirit and care for maintainable high-quality solutions.
