The role focuses on restoring full service functionality in a timely manner through effective incident and problem management, while ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams, partners, and suppliers. ## What you’ll do * Analyse and troubleshoot inbound and outbound roaming issues across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies to restore customer service * Perform measurements (e.g. GFACTS, Global Roamer) and execute tests (e.g. IR tests) to validate roaming service functionality for customer cases and partner requests * Collaborate with roaming partners, third-party suppliers, and network node owners within second-line technical support teams * Monitor roaming KPIs to ensure adherence to targets and service level agreements (SLAs) * Manage technical incidents reactively through support channels such as Remedy, email, and escalations ## Who you are * Knowledgeable in inbound and outbound voice and data roaming call flows (2G/3G/4G), international SMS (2G–5G), GRX, VoLTE roaming architecture, and related support tools * Familiar with Geoprobe and Wireshark tracing functionality * A collaborative team contributor with clear communication skills * Understanding of SS7, SIGTRAN, MAP, and CAMEL protocols * Exposure to Linux and Python scripting is advantageous * Experienced in IT/Telecom support environments * Educated to university level, preferably in a technical field * Proficient in written and spoken English ## Not a perfect fit?
