Disclosure Representative
Responsibilities
Intelligence sharing with foreign partners and coalition allies is a critical enabler of USCYBERCOM's mission — but it has to be done right. Peraton is looking for a Disclosure Representative to ensure that every foreign disclosure request processed at USCYBERCOM J2 is accurate, compliant, and fully aligned with U.S. national release policies at Fort Meade, MD.
In this role, you'll serve as the command's subject matter expert on foreign disclosure — preparing and processing requests, reviewing finished intelligence products for releasability, advising leadership and information-sharing requestors, and maintaining the records that document every disclosure decision. This is a specialized, certification-required role for professionals who understand that getting disclosure right protects both the mission and the relationships that make it possible.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and process foreign disclosure requests and propose recommendations in accordance with U.S. disclosure and release policies
- Review intelligence products for release, ensuring all sources are identified and appropriate security classification markings are applied
- Review finished intelligence products for compliance with U.S. national release policies, laws, and procedures for disclosure to foreign governments and coalition partners
- Maintain record archives of disclosure requests and adjudications
- Propose disclosures or releases of information following technical and substantive reviews
- Advise on foreign disclosure policy and procedures in accordance with the Foreign Disclosure program
- Track and maintain records for all decisions concerning disclosure
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and advisory support to information-sharing requestors, including briefings to senior leadership
- Respond to requests for data and ensure compliance with IC and DoD policies for classified information release
- Author and maintain Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives
