As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions within our SAP Technology practice. You will collaborate with a team of seasoned professionals to address complex business challenges, guiding clients from strategy through execution. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze intricate problems, mentor junior team members, and uphold professional standards. You will build meaningful client relationships, navigate complex situations, and contribute to the development of your personal brand and technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage with clients directly, establishing effective working relationships and contributing to business development activities. You will be involved in managing multiple client engagements, reporting to Managers and above, and leading staff training initiatives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will enhance your technical acumen and stay informed on local and national business trends. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within the Finance Technology - SAP Core ERP sector, where you will continue to develop internal relationships and strengthen your PwC brand.

Responsibilities

- Assisting in managing multiple client engagements and reporting to senior management
- Leading and mentoring junior staff to enhance team performance and technical skills
- Establishing and nurturing direct relationships with clients to understand their needs
- Contributing to the development of technical acumen within the team
- Staying informed about local and national business and economic trends
- Engaging in business development activities to identify and research new client opportunities
- Developing internal relationships and enhancing your personal brand within the firm
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for process improvement and optimization
- Implementing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to support business transformation initiatives
- Applying analytical thinking and strategic technology planning to solve complex business issues
- Embracing change and fostering a culture of inclusion and teamwork within the organization

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for strategic insights
- Implementing SAP Fiori for enhanced user experiences
- Leveraging SAP HANA for optimized data management
- Applying SAP NetWeaver for seamless integration
- Engaging in business transformation initiatives within SAP environments
