Managing Immigration Attorney/Of Counsel – (B2C - EB-1A/NIW/O-1)
Managing Immigration Attorney/Of Counsel – (B2C - EB-1A/NIW/O-1)
Manifest Law is one of the first AI-native corporate immigration firms in the country, and one of the fastest-growing — proof that attorneys want to practice law this way. Our attorneys handle sophisticated, high-stakes matters, with technology that removes the busywork rather than replacing the lawyer.
Manifest was built to offer the best of both worlds: the scale of a larger firm with the quality client service of a boutique. Manifest OS — the technology that powers the firm — carries the operational weight, so our attorneys spend their time where it actually matters: on strategy, on judgment, on the client in front of them. The result is a practice with the care of a boutique and the capability of a large firm.
We think the practice of law should be a craft, and the attorneys who do it well deserve a practice that grows with them — supported by technology, not replaced by it, with the time and autonomy to build something that's genuinely their own. We're building the kind of institution attorneys are proud to put on their résumé.
This is a firm for attorneys who want more from their career: real ownership of your cases, the kind of client relationships that come from having time with them, a sustainable pace, and a front-row seat in building what a modern immigration practice can look like.
Immigration law has been done the same way for decades. We're here to raise the bar, and we're hiring the people who will raise it with us.
What You'll Do
Lead a pod, owning everything it produces and everyone who produces it — across extraordinary-ability and high-skilled matters, including EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A.
Carry second-chair, senior-level review on cases before filing, setting the quality bar for your pod rather than carrying your own independent caseload.
Develop and coach the consulting and production attorneys in your pod: setting the standard, reviewing the hard calls, and growing people toward their next level.
Own pod-level quality and output as a single unit — you're accountable for both the volume your pod produces and the standard it produces at.
Retain and motivate talent so attorneys grow, do their best work, and want to stay.
Set the pace and model Manifest's values, spreading tech, speed, and innovation through how your pod actually works day to day.
Partner with firm leadership to grow the Manifest brand, align your pod to firm culture and standards, and work with the talent team on referrals and network-building.
What We're Looking For
J.D. and active U.S. bar admission
10+ years of experience with deep expertise across extraordinary-ability and high-skilled visa categories (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A), plus broader business immigration (H-1B, L-1, PERM) — enough mastery to set the quality bar and coach others, even though you won't be producing cases yourself
A track record of leading and growing attorneys: you've managed people, raised their performance, and been measured on team outcomes rather than your individual docket
Strong judgment on case strategy and quality — you can review work, catch what's weak, and tell an attorney how to make it stronger
Comfort in a high-cadence, high-growth environment where you're accountable for a pod's throughput and quality as a unit
You treat Manifest's AI tools and technology as a genuine performance multiplier and push your pod to do the same
Why Attorneys Join Manifest
Higher-agency work | Intake, document collection, status tracking, and client updates run through Manifest OS — the administrative weight of practice, handled. Your day goes to strategy, drafting, and the client: the work that actually requires a lawyer.
No billable hour | We charge clients flat fees, so there's no timekeeping requirement and no billable target. Your work is judged on outcomes — what gets filed and how clients experience the relationship — not hours recorded.
Remote by design | The entire legal side of the firm works remotely. It's how the firm was built, and there are no plans to change it — practice from wherever you do your best work.
Real upside | Pay is competitive from day one, with incentives tied to client outcomes and firm performance, so strong work is rewarded as the practice grows.
Ground floor | Manifest is an ambitious firm building the infrastructure to last — and to change the way law firms operate. Attorneys who join now grow with it: into senior roles, into leadership, into shaping what the practice becomes next.
Your experience shapes the practice | Attorney feedback and firsthand case experience directly inform what the firm builds next, so the technology keeps evolving around how the best lawyers actually work.
Ready to Help Redefine Legal Work?
We are not looking for case processors or attorneys waiting for the next rung. We're looking for attorneys who lead through expertise, treat Manifest's technology as a genuine performance multiplier rather than a shortcut, and want to do the most meaningful work of their careers at a firm built for how law should actually work.
The attorneys who thrive here are full-time, deeply client-centered, tech-forward, and mission-driven — energized by building something real, not just joining something finished. If that's you, we want to hear from you.
Compensation & Pay Transparency

This range reflects base compensation and may not include bonus, equity, or other components of total compensation. Candidates outside of the United States are welcome to apply, and compensation will be assessed according to regional models.
Our Use of AI in Recruiting
Manifest uses AI-powered tools to support administrative aspects of our recruitment process, such as organizing applications and surfacing candidate information for review. Some interviews may also be recorded and transcribed using an AI note-taking tool, used solely to support accurate note-taking — it does not score, analyze, or evaluate candidates in any way. These tools do not make hiring decisions, and no candidate is advanced, screened out, or otherwise dispositioned without review by a member of our human recruiting team. You are welcome to ask any interviewer for a non-recorded conversation instead. If you would like to request a reasonable accommodation or an alternative application process at any stage, please contact your recruiter.
