Operate as the connective tissue between customer workflows, engineering, and product.Own the relationship: Build trust and act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, from operators to executives.Translate customer needs into technical specs: Rigorously map workflows, translate needs into technical requirements, and proactively identify edge cases.Drive implementations: Hand-hold customers through onboarding and integration.Diagnose issues: Investigate edge cases, uncover root causes, and work with engineering to resolve system or workflow challenges.Manage programs: Track timelines, risks, and dependencies...
