It’s real systems, at real scale, people solving some of the hardest challenges in technology today.We’re looking for people who want to build, solve, and operate at that level.Join us and let’s shape the future of data.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and production schedulesMonitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock while minimizing carrying costsAnalyze material requirements and create purchase orders in coordination with procurement teamsUtilize ERP systems to track material movements, update inventory records, and generate planning reportsIdentify supply chain bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiencyCollaborate with production, sales, and procurement departments to align material planning with organizational objectivesPrepare and present weekly or monthly planning reports to management, highlighting key metrics and variancesMaintain accurate records of material specifications, lead times, and supplier informationRespond to urgent material requests and adjust plans as needed to meet changing business requirementsEnsure compliance with inventory management policies and proceduresQualificationsREQUIRED:Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Admiration, Management or Engineering At least 2 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, or supply chain operationsProficiency with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)PREFERRED:Power BI and AI knowledgeSKILLS:Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and pivot tablesStrong understanding of demand forecasting methodologies and inventory optimization principlesExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data managementStrong time management and organizational skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively across multiple departmentsKnowledge of procurement processes and supplier management (preferred)Familiarity with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems (preferred)Experience with supply chain management best practices (preferred)#LI-UJ1Additional Information#LI-UJ1WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
