Oliver Wyman is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Student Worker to join our IMEA (India, Middle East, and South Africa) Recruitment Team!

This role will be based out of our Dubai office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

  • Manage records by maintaining and updating recruitment files and organizing CVs.

  • Create offer letters and provide ad hoc support for various recruitment tasks.

  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing updates throughout the recruitment process.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; strong command of English (written and verbal).

Skills & Attributes:

  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.

  • Excellent communicator, able to engage with colleagues at all levels.

  • Must be enrolled in a university or on a father’s visa.

  • Should be based in the UAE.
