We are looking for a Principal Agentic Engineer who can lead complex technical initiatives, influence architecture decisions, and help shape how AI-native engineering is practiced across the company.

We are seeking a highly experienced software engineer with strong architectural expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to transform complex requirements into scalable software solutions. You should be comfortable operating in environments with high levels of autonomy, making technical decisions, and collaborating directly with stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, systems thinking, and solving challenging engineering problems from first principles.

What Will You Do?

As a Principal Agentic Engineer, you will:

  • Work directly with clients to clarify requirements and validate solutions
