Function fosters a collaborative and dynamic environment where every day we build the future.RoleWe are seeking a strategic, hands-on Sr. Manager, Technical Recruiting to build and lead the technical recruiting function at Function Health. Operating as a player-coach, you will personally lead critical technical searches while leading and building a high-performing technical recruiting team as Function continues to scale. Reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisition, you will own full-lifecycle recruiting for engineering, data science, machine learning, infrastructure, and other technical disciplines. You will partner closely with engineering and product leadership to develop sourcing strategies, build scalable hiring processes, and ensure we attract world-class technical talent that matches the ambition of our mission.The ideal candidate brings deep experience recruiting in high-growth technology environments and is comfortable operating as both a strategic leader and an individual contributor.
