Our team members value stability, consistent schedules, and opportunities to build long-term careers with us.Position SummaryAs a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in producing Valley Craft’s metal products by operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment such as turret presses and bending machines. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing quality parts, and wants to work in a stable manufacturing environment with predictable hours.What You’ll DoOperate turret, bending, and other metal fabrication equipmentSet up and adjust machines to keep parts within quality standardsMonitor production and make minor adjustments as neededVisually inspect parts and use measuring tools or fixturesRead work instructions, prints, and production paperworkTroubleshoot basic machine or quality issuesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaSupport production goals and assist teammates when neededWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferredFamiliarity with metal fabrication equipment and processesAbility to read blueprints, job travelers, and work instructionsStrong attention to detail and qualityDependable, team-oriented, and safety-focusedAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkPhysical RequirementsContinuous standing and movement throughout the shiftFrequent bending, reaching, and handling of partsAbility to work in hot and cold manufacturing environmentsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbsHours1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm (5:30 pm during OT), Fridays as needed.BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experiencePaid Time Off (PTO)Nine (9) paid holidaysMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) with company matchEnjoy a 4-day workweek with consistent hours and overtime opportunities when production is high.Clean, organized, and safety-focused shopTraining and advancement opportunitiesValley Craft Industries is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
