Arcade and Attractions Technician
POSITION SUMMARY: To assist in all aspects of maintenance including but not limited to bowling, arcade, general maintenance and other activities. The primary responsibility is to ensure that the areas overseen provide our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Diagnose and repair of bowling, arcade, and other amusement equipment and machines
- Preventive maintenance of pinsetters, lanes, lane machine, arcade machines and readers
- General upkeep and cleaning of facility and equipment
- Maintenance and upkeep of bowling and arcade systems
- Support restaurant repairs and maintenance
- Tracking and logging daily procedures
- Daily, weekly, quarterly cleaning projects surrounding the lanes, ball returns, lane seating, arcade, etc
- Order, maintain inventory of bowling and arcade supplies (chemicals, socks, balls, party supplies, redemption, stocking merchandisers, etc.)
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

- Candidate must be familiar with multi-meter, electrical parts, hand tools and soldering irons

- Candidate must possess good communication skills as they will be interacting with guest and their families
- Language Skills - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Reasoning Ability - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Other Skills and Abilities - The ability to work well with a team, to prioritize, a sense of urgency and a real concern for guest satisfaction.
