As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering premium services within our Advisory Service Delivery Centre, a natural extension of PwC’s global delivery capabilities. You will work closely with clients, leveraging your skills to address complex business challenges from strategy to execution. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will contribute to enhancing process quality and delivery capability, supporting client engagements with cost-effective solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will navigate complex situations, building meaningful client relationships and mentoring junior team members. You will utilize your problem-solving skills to manage workstreams, develop deliverables, and uphold professional standards. This role emphasizes personal growth, technical skills, and the ability to anticipate client needs, fostering a deeper understanding of the business context.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will train and lead staff, establish effective client relationships, and actively participate in business development activities. You will continue to develop your PwC brand and technical acumen, staying informed on local and national business issues to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

- Assisting in the management of multiple client engagements, collaborating with Managers and senior team members
- Leading and mentoring junior staff to enhance their technical skills and consulting capabilities
- Establishing and nurturing productive relationships with clients to understand their business needs
- Contributing to the development of technical acumen within the team, focusing on SAP technologies
- Staying informed about local and national business and economic trends to provide relevant insights
- Engaging in business development activities to identify and explore new opportunities with existing and potential clients
- Developing internal relationships and promoting your personal brand within the organization
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to optimize SAP solutions and drive business transformation
- Implementing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to enhance data visualization and user experience
- Applying strategic technology planning to support process improvement and optimization initiatives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP ABAP programming
- Utilizing SAP Fiori and SAP HANA for innovative solutions
