Payroll Coordinator (Temporal)
Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Payroll Coordinator (Temporal).
Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
What you’ll do:
PRIMARY FUNCTION: A. Coordinate payments for personnel including benefits. B. Coordinate payments to comply with taxes and other governmental aspects. C. Attend internal or external audits and government requirements. D. Implement necessary controls and processes to meet with all legal requirements as well as ensure correct payment to all employees.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: A. Coordinate and verify supervisors report´s for hourly payment.
B. Coordinate and verify accurate salary payment.
C. Maintain current information for necessary reports.
D. Prepare information for finance department.
E. Prepare information to comply with social insurance.
F. Prepare payment for taxes.
G. Prepare information for employees (records, taxes).
H. Prepare payment for FONACOT.
I. Manage savings fund for employees.
J. Manage accurate payments for employees that leave company.
K. Manage Savings Bank (Registrations, Withdrawals and Loans)
L. Report payroll KPI´s and action plans to reduce overtime and Turnover
Qualifications:
A. College degree in administration, business, psychology or similar.
B. English – language capability would be a plus.
C. 5 years’ experience in Payroll area.
D. Broad knowledge in legal law.
E. Broad knowledge in payrolling, taxes, payments and reports.
F. Broad Knowledge in insurance law, legal law and taxes law.
G. Broad knowledge TRESS and SUA Systems
