Our team in Commercial Aircraft Group is looking for a Sr. Product Engineering Technician to join them.
To be considered for Sr. Product Engineering Technician, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
Advanced knowledge of the job, including the practical application of specialized methods and techniques.
HS Diploma, or G.E.D
Vocational/technical education in related discipline
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
In lieu of experience, will consider an accredited technical degree with additional relevant experience.
As a Sr. Product Engineering Technician, you will:
Plan and perform Engineering inspections/evaluations of hardware.
Use technical understanding of electronics manufacturing to the degree required to diagnose product & CCA build failures and specify rework and understanding of design principles that govern performance of the product line.
Data preparation, analysis, and evaluation of trends.
Production Assembly documentation including worksheets, acceptance test procedures, etc.
Assist technicians in methods of Assembly, use of equipment and instrumentation, and diagnosis and rework of anomalies/failures.
Monitor Assembly producibility of assigned products and instituting continuous improvements.
Maintain technical liaison with responsible Project/Product/Process Engineers, supporting project team meetings.
Provide support to Assembly operations in coordination with the lead Project/Product/Process Engineer.
Support development efforts when needed.
Domestic/International travel may be required (10-15%)

Salary Range Transparency:
Buffalo, NY $33.65–$40.85 HourlySalary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
