The Opportunity
DXC is looking for a Strategic Marketing Partner (SMP) to support business growth across our Industry and Offering markets in Australia and New Zealand.
This is a senior strategic marketing role responsible for developing marketing strategies that align with business priorities, customer needs and market opportunities. Working closely with senior business leaders and cross-functional marketing teams, you'll shape initiatives that drive pipeline growth, strengthen our brand and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Develop enterprise-wide marketing strategies aligned to regional business priorities, industries, offerings and strategic partners.
Lead quarterly and annual marketing planning, ensuring alignment across business and marketing teams.
Partner with senior business leaders as a trusted advisor, ensuring marketing initiatives are commercially focused and follow established planning, governance and approval processes.
Use customer, market and business insights to develop clear, outcome-focused marketing briefs that guide planning, execution and measurement.
Champion a customer-centric approach by embedding customer insights and buyer journeys into marketing strategies and initiatives.
Collaborate across Marketing and Communications, working closely with Campaign Managers to deliver integrated, high-impact marketing programs.
Maintain regular engagement with stakeholders, providing visibility of initiatives, managing approvals and ensuring alignment throughout delivery.
Review and communicate campaign performance, using insights to continuously improve future initiatives.
Partner with Sales Enablement to support go-to-market readiness through effective education and enablement of key marketing initiatives.
Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns, assets and programs across industries, offerings, markets and audiences.
About You
10+ years' experience in strategic B2B marketing, ideally within technology, consulting or complex enterprise services.
A proven track record of developing and delivering marketing strategies that drive business growth, pipeline and revenue.
Experience influencing senior executives and leading cross-functional collaboration within complex, matrixed organisations.
Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen and financial management experience, including budget ownership.
An analytical, insight-led approach, using data to inform decisions, optimise performance and demonstrate business impact.
The ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders and bring clarity to complex business challenges.
Experience delivering industry and/or offering-led marketing programs.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Strategy, Management, Economics or a related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
