The number of SLPAs you supervise follows state supervision guidelines, so your team is always sized for great care. We believe in evidence-backed therapy where hard work feels like play, and progress happens on each kid’s own terms.What you’ll doCarry your own caseload, providing evidence-based, play-based speech therapy for kids from infancy through adolescenceSupervise the caseloads of the SLPAs on your team, consistent with state supervision guidelinesProvide regular mentorship, feedback, and clinical support so every kid on every supervised caseload receives evidence-based careGuide treatment planning and goal development across your caseload and the caseloads you superviseReview and co-sign documentation — ensure clinical notes meet compliance and quality standardsMonitor progress and adjust approaches alongside your assistant teamJoin interdisciplinary meetings and coordinate care with OT and PTFoster a team culture of learning, mutual support, and clinical excellenceKeep organized systems for scheduling, supervision logs, and documentation reviewStay current on best practices and advancements in pediatric speech-language therapyWhy this role at Oaklin LaneA caseload of your own.
