We’re Hiring: Associate Training Manager

Key Responsibilities
Life and Annuity BPS is responsible for developing and executing the learning strategy that enables operational excellence, regulatory compliance, workforce readiness, and leadership capability across Life and Annuity operations.
The Training Manager leads a team of trainers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts while establishing scalable learning solutions that support onboarding, upskilling, cross-skilling, digital transformation, and business growth.
Training Leadership & Capability Development
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Trainers, SMEs, and Learning Specialists.
Build a strong culture of continuous learning, accountability, coaching, and employee development.
Create capability frameworks for agents, quality analysts, team leaders, and managers.
Develop succession plans and career pathways for training and operations employees.
Coach leaders on facilitation, knowledge transfer, performance improvement, and behavioral change techniques.
Training Leadership & Capability Development
Maintain and continuously improve learning content based on operational performance, client feedback, audit findings, and regulatory updates.
Establish and monitor key learning metrics including: Training Effectiveness, Knowledge Assessment Scores,
Compliance & Risk Management
Support internal and external audits and client governance reviews.
Manage mandatory training requirements for privacy, security, anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, and other regulatory obligations.
Strong knowledge of Life Insurance, Annuity, Retirement, and Wealth Management operations.
Proven experience in learning strategy, curriculum design, and training program management.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Life Insurance, Annuity, Retirement, and Wealth Management operations.
Proven experience in learning strategy, curriculum design, and training program management.
Demonstrated people leadership and coaching capabilities.
Expertise in adult learning methodologies and instructional design principles.
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
Ability to influence leaders and drive organizational change.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced BPS environment.
Proficiency in learning technologies, virtual delivery platforms, and reporting tools.
Strong project management, planning, and governance skills.
Preferred but not required:
FINRA SIE Certification
Series 6, Series 7, and Series 63 exposure
Series 26 certification preferred for leaders supporting FINRA operations
Life and Annuity industry certifications
Learning and Development certifications (ATD, CPLP/CPTD, or equivalent)
Other Qualifications
Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in Insurance BPS, Contact Center, Learning & Development, or Operations.
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing trainers or learning teams.
Experience supporting Life Insurance and/or Annuity operations.
Proven experience developing and executing enterprise-scale training programs.
Preferred
Experience supporting transitions, migrations, and new business implementations.
Knowledge of instructional design tools and e-learning platforms.
Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.
Exposure to AI-enabled learning solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
Experience managing learning budgets and vendor partnerships.
