OneNorth Integrated Facility Solutions is seeking a skilled Floor Technician to join our team! This position focuses on periodic floor and carpet maintenance and various contract sites in the Spokane area. This role also includes general custodial tasks as needed to maintain clean and safe environments.

As a Floor Technician you will be the go-to expert for keeping floors and carpets looking their best.

From stripping and waxing floors to deep-cleaning carpets, you will ensure each space shines!

 

Location: Spokane, WA and Surrounding area

Wage Range: $22 - $26 per hour

Schedule: Varies, On-Call

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and perform floor and carpet maintenance, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and deep cleaning
  • Operate and maintain floor care equipment, such as buffers, scrubbers, and extractors
  • Perform routine custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards
  • Travel to various contract sites as required

Qualifications: 

  • One (1) year of prior custodial experience with at least six (6) months floor care experience
  • Must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from work as most jobs are during night hours
  • Must have a valid driver's license as this position requires driving a company vehicle
  • Must have a clean driving record for the past 5 years
  • Must be able to pass a drug test
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
