About this opportunity:

Join Ericsson’s global finance community and learn how real customer projects are run. As a Project Finance Accountant (PFA) Student, you’ll work with finance, operations, and delivery teams, gaining hands-on experience in SAP (incl. S/4HANA), project budgeting, invoicing, and revenue recognition. This role is a great starting point for future careers such as Project Controller or Finance Business Partner.

What you will do

• Support the set-up and follow-up of project financial data in SAP.
• Help maintain project budgets, billing milestones, and planned costs.
• Participate in customer invoicing and basic revenue recognition activities.
• Contribute to the accurate closure of project objects in SAP.
• Help secure data quality and accounting compliance.
• Work closely with finance colleagues to align project execution and financial performance.
• Support audits with proper documentation of project financials.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives (e.g., SAP enhancements, AI tools).

What you bring

• Student in the final stages of a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• Fluent English skills.
• Good Excel skills and interest in working with SAP.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Interest in finance, accounting, or project controlling (coursework or basic experience).
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn; comfortable suggesting improvements and challenging the status quo.
