Job Summary

Every AI data center runs on transformers, and the ones being built today are waiting the better part of two years for them. Fluxco turns a spec into competitive bids from 100+ global OEMs in days, then manages the project end to end. One partner, full accountability, the shortest lead time in the market. This is a full-cycle selling seat for someone early in a big career. You'll run the data center motion day to day—prospecting hard, qualifying fast, and moving deals with applications engineering behind every quote. Warm relationships in the hyperscaler and co-location world will make you productive from week one. You don't need to have closed eight-figure deals yet. You do need to be hungry, fast, coachable, and credible on the phone with people building the future of AI infrastructure.

Core Responsibilities

  • Run the full sales cycle for data center developers, hyperscalers, and co-location providers—and the EPCs and consulting engineers around them.
  • Generate your own pipeline through disciplined outbound across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—you're not waiting on marketing to fill your calendar.
  • Translate Fluxco's lead-time advantage into what buyers care about: capacity energized on schedule, delivery risk off their plate, one accountable partner.
  • Work alongside applications engineering and the OEM/supply team to move a spec from RFQ to competitive bids to signed PO, and stay close through delivery.
  • Keep the CRM clean: accurate records, activity, and next steps so forecasting is honest and nothing drops.
  • Learn the equipment, the buyers, and the playbook fast—and flag what's working and what isn't as we refine the motion.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–6 years in B2B sales, ideally in infrastructure, hardware, energy, construction, or another technical, considered-purchase field, with a record of hitting and beating quota through your own prospecting. Data center or electrical exposure is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Relationships: Existing contacts at hyperscalers, co-los, or data center developers move you to the front of the line.
  • Technical curiosity: You pick up technical products fast and can hold a credible conversation with engineers and project leads—with applications engineering in your corner as you ramp.
  • Self-starter: You run your own pipeline without a system built around you.
  • Travel: Up to 25% for customer meetings, site visits, and key industry events.
