We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional business transformation and systems implementation initiatives within our Professional Affairs organization. This role will partner closely with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal, and Professional Affairs stakeholders to drive operational excellence, improve business processes, and implement scalable systems and tools that support organizational growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with change management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement skills. This individual will lead projects from planning through execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects, business process improvements, and operational transformation initiatives.
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, resource requirements, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, success metrics, and implementation strategies.
- Drive system implementation and optimization efforts, including user adoption, training, and change management activities.
- Facilitate project governance, status reporting, issue resolution, and executive communications.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage project challenges.
- Coordinate across Commercial Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT, Legal, Procurement, and Professional Affairs teams to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor project performance through KPIs and operational metrics.
- Develop standardized project management processes, tools, and documentation to support long-term scalability.
- Lead stakeholder engagement efforts to ensure alignment and adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of project management experience leading multiple concurrent business or commercial initiatives.
- Experience managing system implementations, process improvement projects, or organizational change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change management and user adoption strategies.
- Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Experience working with cross-functional business teams and executive stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification.
- Experience supporting Commercial Operations, Marketing, Professional Affairs, or business operations functions.
- Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, Tableau, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Project.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $71,285.00 and $95,046.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
