Position Summary:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences and providing expert HR support? As a Senior Associate within McKesson's Global Employee Care team, you will play a key role in supporting employees across Ireland, the UK, India, and other international locations with benefits and leave of absence programs.
As a trusted resource for employees, People Leaders, and HR partners, you will provide guidance and support across a broad range of benefit and leave programs, including statutory and company-sponsored leaves, income protection, medical insurance, wellness programs, education assistance, and benefits lifecycle activities.
In this role, you will manage complex employee inquiries and cases, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and ensure the accurate and timely delivery of HR services. You will leverage your HR knowledge, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to support employees while ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements and company policies.
Success in this role requires strong HR operations experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to navigate multiple HR systems, and a commitment to handling sensitive employee matters with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality. You will also have knowledge of statutory leave and pay requirements across multiple countries.
This role requires an individual who can:

Key Responsibilities
International Benefits Administration
Administer employee benefit programs for designated international countries in accordance with company policies, vendor requirements, and local regulations.
Process benefits enrollments, changes, terminations, and re-enrollments.
Prepare and submit payroll inputs related to benefit programs where system automation is not available, ensuring alignment with eligibility requirements and payroll processing schedules.
Administer life event changes and ensure appropriate documentation is collected and maintained.
Support annual leave purchase program.
Support Total Rewards in resolving invoice queries and discrepancies.
Partner with benefits vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate administration of employee benefits.
Support processes related to income protection and life assurance.
Leave of Absence Administration
Provide end-to-end administration and support for leave of absence programs across international locations.
Administer Protected Leave Management processes in international countries.
Coordinate leave documentation and communication between employees, People Leaders, HR partners, and third-party providers.
Monitor leave cases to ensure timely follow-up and accurate recordkeeping, adjusting leave records as necessary.
Prepare and submit payroll inputs related to benefit programs where system automation is not available, ensuring alignment with eligibility requirements and payroll processing schedules.
Employee Support and Case Management
Provide high-quality support to employees, managers, and HR partners regarding benefits and leave programs. Leverage problem-solving skills to thoroughly troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring comprehensive solutions. Deliver a positive and professional employee experience through proactive case management, effective issue resolution, and a commitment to service excellence
Respond to inquiries through ServiceNow, email, and other designated support channels.
Investigate and resolve complex benefits and leave questions.
Educate employees and People Leaders on available programs, eligibility requirements, and administrative processes, and available resources.
Ensure thorough and accurate case documentation and adherence to service level commitments.
Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate with COE’s as required.
Compliance and Data Integrity
Support compliance with company policies, country laws and regulations, and audit requirements.
Ensure employee records and benefits information are maintained accurately within HR systems.
Follow established controls and governance requirements.
Maintain data privacy and confidentiality standards.
Assist with reporting, audits, and documentation requests as required
Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):
Education/Training –
Bachelor’s degree or related equivalent experience
Business Experience –
Two (2) years' experience in HR operations, employee services, benefits administration, leave management, or a related HR discipline.

Specialized Knowledge/Skills –
Experience administering employee benefits and leave of absence programs across multiple countries preferred.
Knowledge of statutory leave and pay requirements in Ireland and/or other international jurisdictions.
Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive employee matters with discretion and confidentiality.
HR Technology navigation, including tools such as ServiceNow, ADP WFM, and Workday.
Working Conditions:
Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) –
Traditional office environment with an expectation of working onsite during HR Collaboration week.
Ability to work during Employee Care hours of operations which are Monday - Friday, 9am-7pm GMT.
Physical Requirements (Lifting, standing, etc.) –
Large percent of time performing computer-based work is required.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
