As a Manager - Organizational Change Management, you will lead complex transformation engagements, helping organizations navigate business, workforce, and technology changes. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will guide senior client stakeholders in shaping change strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and driving the adoption of transformation initiatives. This role involves optimizing organizational structures and processes to enhance efficiency and align with strategic goals for long-term success.

As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to mentor junior staff, manage client accounts, and deliver strategic planning. You are accountable for project success, maintaining standards, and inspiring your team to deliver quality outcomes. Your role will involve identifying opportunities that contribute to the firm's success, embracing technology and innovation, and articulating our purpose and values with integrity and authenticity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on developing innovative change solutions, contributing to practice growth, and building trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders. You will also engage in business development activities, support proposal development, and foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

- Leading complex transformation engagements across business, workforce, and technology change initiatives
- Developing and implementing integrated change management strategies to align with business objectives
- Providing strategic direction on change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and organizational readiness
- Advising executive sponsors and business leaders on change risks and stakeholder engagement approaches
- Designing and delivering learning solutions to drive adoption and build workforce capability
- Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks to deliver quality client outcomes
- Applying data-driven insights and workforce analytics to enhance decision-making and change outcomes
- Building trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders and providing strategic guidance
- Leading executive workshops and steering committee meetings to influence key decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated transformation solutions
- Mentoring and coaching consulting teams to foster a collaborative and innovative environment
- Supporting business development activities, including opportunity identification and proposal development
- Contributing to the evolution of change management offerings through innovative methodologies and solutions
- Staying current with emerging trends in organizational change and workforce transformation
- Driving the creation of thought leadership and internal knowledge assets to strengthen market positioning

What You Must Have

- MBA or master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields of study (preferably from premier B-Schools).

- 8-11 years of prior relevant work experience
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Relevant certifications in Change Management, Project Management, Human Capital/Workforce Transformation, Organizational Change Management (e.g., Prosci), or Instructional Design and Learning Solutions are highly desirable and will be considered an added advantage

- Experience in Consulting (preferably experience in Human Capital, Change & Communication Management, Learning Solutions, HR Transformation, or related fields).
- Demonstrating strategic and creative thinking with a client-centric approach
- Excelling in storytelling and executive communication skills
- Leading consulting engagements and mentoring junior team members
- Supporting proposal development and business development initiatives
- Possessing certifications in Change Management, Project Management, or Human Capital/Workforce Transformation
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business process analysis for change management
- Embracing change and fostering cultural evolution within organizations
