The position plays a key role in shaping the company’s equity story and supporting capital raising and growth initiatives.ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and update detailed financial models supporting the business plan, long-term projections and valuationActively prepare and manage investor decks, financial presentations and data rooms for equity and debt fundraisingExecute fundraising processes, including investor outreach, Q&A management, and follow-upsTranslate strategic and operational inputs into clear, consistent financial assumptionsAnalyze investment cases, growth initiatives and strategic opportunities with a deal-oriented mindsetSupport due diligence activities, transaction execution and documentationWork cross-functionally to ensure financial, operational and strategic alignmentWhat You Have 3–4 years of experience, mainly in Merchant Banking, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Transaction AdvisoryAcademic background in Economics, Finance, or related fieldsStrong hands-on expertise in financial modeling, business planning, cash flow forecasting and valuationProven experience in preparing and managing materials for equity and debt investorsHighly execution-oriented, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreamsComfortable working closely with C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentFluency in English; additional European languages are a plusBenefitsPerksLearning Friday. The typical salary for this role ranges between € 60.000 and € 70.000. As you gain experience and make more significant contributions to the business, your compensation will be reviewed to match your impact.
