As our Motion Graphics Designer, your work will be the pulse of a fast-evolving marketing engine, crafting thumb-stopping visuals seen by millions worldwide. Your Impact

  • Set the New Benchmark: Elevate the visual identity of the entire organization, relentlessly raising the bar for what our video and creative media can achieve.

  • Architect the Brand Voice: Co-author and define the future of our brand by helping reimagine our video and motion style guide from the ground up.

  • Empower Global Teams: Build and scale a world-class toolkit of motion templates, empowering internal teams to create beautiful, on-brand video content with ease.

  • Fuel Creative Collaboration: Partner with a powerhouse team of in-house writers, illustrators, and designers to conceptualize, produce, and share elite creative assets.

  • Guard the Aesthetic: Serve as a champion for our brand integrity, ensuring every frame that leaves the studio is cohesive, polished, and unmistakably ours.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of video production or creative agency experience.

  • Standout motion graphics design skills with a portfolio that proves it.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and 3D animation platforms. Experience with Canva and Cavalry is a major plus.

  • Exceptional creative agility—the ability to support smaller, quick-turn projects while confidently taking the creative lead on large-scale initiatives.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a collaborative studio environment.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
