You'll lead the design of intelligent, customer-centric experiences, partnering closely with Engineering, Marketing, and our Operations team to turn complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions.We're looking for a builder who thrives at the intersection of design and technology. You'll move quickly from ideas to prototypes to shipped products using a combination of Figma, AI-powered tools, and code. Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, customer-centric experiences.End-to-End Ownership: Own the design process from discovery and ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring a high-quality user experience every step of the way.Rapid Prototyping 🛠️: Quickly turn ideas into interactive prototypes using Figma, AI-powered design and development tools, and code to validate concepts before launch.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Engineering team to shape product strategy, prioritize opportunities, and deliver impactful features.User Research 💬: Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and research to understand user needs and inform product and design decisions.AI Experience Design: Design intuitive workflows for AI-powered features, automation, and intelligent recommendations that build customer trust and drive adoption.Design Systems 💻: Build and evolve scalable design systems, reusable components, and UX patterns that create consistency across the platform.Continuous Improvement: Use customer feedback, product analytics, and experimentation to iterate quickly and continuously improve the user experience.Who you are:5+ years of experience as a Product or UI/UX Designer in a fast paced start up...
