Collaborating with a peer Credentials team to introduce new Security credentials and advise on credentials portfolio evolution. Designing metrics to measure success and collaborating with analytics peers to ensure continuous improvement. Experience authoring business and technical requirements for complex end-user experiences with multiple engineering dependencies. Experience creating frameworks and articulating organization-wide strategies with an outside-in perspective. Excellence in communication and stakeholder management. Experience defining success metrics and measuring impact. Experience with tech industry learning products and content types, including instructional design standards. Experience with managing and maintaining a catalogue of technical training content. Experience adopting agentic processes and tools for content creation. Demonstrates commitment to career development and continuous or consistent learning through formal and informal efforts (e.g., change management, design thinking, management training, online courses).
