What you will be responsible for:
NetDevOps Platform
- Architect and build the core modules of our network automation platform — turning network requests into self-service workflows and ticket-driven automated execution.
- Write reliable, low-level drivers and API integrations for multi-vendor network devices: NVIDIA, Arista, Cisco, and others
Monitoring & Alerting
- Build and continuously improve our next-generation network observability stack — traffic, device state, link quality — using Prometheus/Grafana, streaming telemetry, and related tooling.
- Define precise monitoring metrics and multi-channel alerting strategies for VIP/Key Account networks, making sure we never miss an SLA commitment.
IPAM
- Develop, maintain, and expose API interfaces for our IP Address Management system, enabling fully automated allocation and reclamation of IP and VLAN resources across global infrastructure.
DCIM / CMDB
- Own the integration between our DCIM and CMDB systems — the single source of truth for physical topology, rack positions, and logical assets — and keep it accurate and real-time as infrastructure changes.
Config Automation & Change Management
- Build and roll out bulk config deployment and automated change workflows, complete with pre-change syntax validation, compliance checks, and post-change automated verification.
- Develop an automated config backup system with diff comparison and version control, so you always know what changed, when, and why.
How you will stand out:
- 3+ years in NetDevOps or network automation development. Degree in CS, Software Engineering, Telecoms, or similar.
- Solid network fundamentals — you genuinely understand BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, EVPN, and Spine-Leaf topology, not just enough to pass a cert exam.
- Proficient in Python for network automation; hands-on experience with Ansible, Netmiko, NAPALM, or Nornir in real production environments.
- Experience deploying and customizing monitoring stacks: Zabbix, Prometheus + Grafana, Telegraf, or equivalent.
- Familiar with IPAM tools (NetBox, Infoblox, or similar) and CMDB systems — both using them and maintaining them.
- Comfortable with Git and CI/CD pipelines as part of your everyday workflow.
- Familiar with network device programmable interfaces: RESTCONF, NETCONF, gRPC/gNMI.
- Fluent in Chinese and English; experience working across international teams.
What you will experience working with us:
- A culture that values authenticity and diversity of thoughts and backgrounds;
- An inclusive and respectable environment with open workspaces and exciting start-up spirit;
- Fast-growing company with the chance to network with industrial pioneers and enthusiasts;
- Ability to contribute directly and make an impact on the future of the digital asset industry;
- Involvement in new projects, developing processes/systems;
- Personal accountability, autonomy, fast growth, and learning opportunities;
- Attractive welfare benefits and developmental opportunities such as training and mentoring.
