WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
End User Support
- Provide onsite Level 2 technical support for desktop, laptop, mobile device, printer, and peripheral issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and application-related incidents.
- Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and other enterprise applications.
- Configure, deploy, and fix laptops, desktops, printers, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, relocations, and workstation setups.
- Act as the primary onsite IT contact for employees and business leaders.
Smart Hands Infrastructure Support
- Provide onsite Smart Hands support for Application, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
- Perform equipment installation, replacement, rack-and-stack activities, and physical cabling.
- Assist with switch, router, firewall, wireless access point, and circuit fix.
- Conduct visual inspections and perform hardware diagnostics on network and server infrastructure.
- Coordinate with remote engineering teams during maintenance activities or outages.
- Support hardware upgrades, equipment replacements, and technology refresh projects.
- Call out issues requiring advanced engineering support while serving as the onsite resource during tackle and remediation activities.
Conference Room & Teamwork Technology Support
- Support Microsoft Teams Rooms and conference room technologies.
- Solve displays, cameras, microphones, speaker systems, touch panels, and teamwork devices.
- Perform proactive testing and maintenance of conference room systems.
- Ensure meeting spaces remain operational and available for business use.
- Support executive meetings, town halls, and other critical business events requiring technology assistance.
Site Technology Support
- Support printers, label printers, scanners, badge readers, digital displays, and other office technologies.
- Solve local network connectivity issues including wired and wireless access.
- Coordinate with vendors and centralized IT teams to resolve technology issues.
- Support business continuity efforts during technology outages and office disruptions.
Incident and Service Request Management
- Resolve incidents and requests within established service level objectives (SLOs).
- Accurately document incidents, requests, changes, and resolutions within the ITSM platform.
- Communicate status updates and resolution plans with customers.
- Participate in major incident response and restoration activities.
- Identify recurring issues and chip in to root cause analysis efforts.
Device Lifecycle and Asset Management
- Deploy, configure, maintain, and retire end-user technology.
- Track hardware inventory and ensure asset management records remain accurate.
- Support technology refresh programs and hardware replacement schedules.
- Ensure equipment meets corporate standards and compliance requirements.
Security and Compliance
- Support cybersecurity initiatives and endpoint compliance activities.
- Assist with vulnerability remediation on workplace devices.
- Support security investigations and incident response activities as advised.
- Enforce IT security standards, policies, and procedures.
- Promote secure technology practices among employees.
YOU HAVE:
- Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- Advanced English.
- 1+ years of IT support experience in corporate environment.
- Experience supporting business offices with 100+ employees.
- Strong desktop and mobile device solve skills.
- Knowledge of: Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Entra ID / Active Directory, Networking fundamentals, Mobile device support, Printer and peripheral support, Video conferencing equipment
- Ability to work independently and handle ambitious priorities.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
