We seek those who share our commitment to customer service, innovation, and ingenuity.Role Overview:The Director of Enterprise Applications & Integrations will be responsible for the strategy, delivery, governance, and support of Enchanted Rock's enterprise applications, integrations, application architecture, and core data platform. The role leads the Enterprise Applications and Data Platform teams, ensuring enterprise technology platforms are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Asset Management, Operations & Maintenance, Safety, and other core business functions. As a strategic partner to business leaders, the Director drives process standardization, automation, system modernization, and technology adoption while ensuring enterprise systems provide a stable, governed foundation for business operations and downstream reporting. Key Responsibilities:Lead the day-to-day management, performance, and continuous improvement of Enchanted Rock’s enterprise business systems, including Microsoft D365 Business Central, OnePlan, FieldPoint, Planful, Autodesk, and related platforms. Oversee system configuration, enhancements, integrations, and production support to ensure applications operate reliably, securely, and in alignment with business requirements. Manage enterprise integrations and data flows across platforms, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and operational continuity across operations. Lead the enterprise data platform, database administration, data integrations, data governance, master data management, and architecture supporting downstream reporting and analytics. Ensure enterprise applications and data environments meet internal control and audit requirements by partnering with Finance, IT, and external auditors to design, implement, document, and continuously monitor IT general controls and system-related compliance processes. Partner with functional leaders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver enterprise application, integration, and data platform solutions that improve efficiency and service levels. Establish and maintain standards for application support, release management, documentation, training, and structured change management to drive successful adoption. Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners, including licensing, upgrades, support agreements, and performance accountability. Collaborate closely with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and architecture teams to ensure enterprise applications and data platforms meet company standards for security, SOX compliance, scalability, and reliability.
Requirements
Basic (Required) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or a related technical field. 10+ years of experience implementing, managing, and supporting enterprise business systems (ERP, CRM, EPM, field service, or asset management platforms).
