Operations Coordinator

Supporting the operations controllers in a fast paced and growing ro-ro operation serving customers cargo into and out of mainland Europe through the ports of Zeebrugge and Rotterdam.

Key responsibilities and duties:

· Focus on health & safety 

· Communication with stakeholders 

· Damage control 

· Coordinating customers units 

· Keeping vessels to schedule 

The ideal candidate will: 

· MS Office / email / teams experience 

· Used to IT systems 

· Liaising with customers 

· Full UK driving licence essential 

· Flexible working shifts 

Desirable: 

· Logistics/Shipping background 

· Customs clearance experience 

· IOSH
