Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

  • Identify, handle, and proactively mitigate risks and delivery constraints associated with network infrastructure or service changes.
  • Work closely with Service Owners and NPS operational leadership to ensure service risks and impacts are understood and governed

Vendor and Partner Coordination

  • Coordinate with external partners (e.g., hardware vendors, telcos, integrators) to ensure timely delivery of equipment, services, and support.
  • Ensure vendor accountabilities and performance issues are managed appropriately.

Reporting & Metrics

  • Produce regular delivery and status reporting for senior leadership, including targets, SLO/SLI alignment, timeline performance, and readiness for launch.
  • Support service review cycles for NPS, using service metrics where relevant.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Demonstrate experience in delivering infrastructure and network‑oriented programmes within large‑scale, complex organisations.
  • Solid grounding in project/programme management disciplines, consistent with LSEG Delivery Manager profile.

  • Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and service governance.
  • Formal PM/Agile certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master) advantageous.
  • Degree or relevant professional qualification consistent with LSEG role family guidance.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent ability to work across diverse teams, conveying complex technical detail to non‑technical customers.

  • Execution Excellence: Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with a track record of delivering under pressure.
  • Risk‑Based Thinking: Understanding of network service risk profiles and ability to embed risk‑based decision‑making.
