Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Inpatient Physical Therapist – Full-Time Location: Mishawaka, IN Schedule: Full-Time, 8:00 - 4:30pm Monday - Friday with weekend rotations Are you passionate about providing therapy in a collaborative, patient-centered environment? What You’ll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and functional independence Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists to ensure coordinated care Educate patients and families on therapy goals, progress, and home programs Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge summaries Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and hospital initiatives Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Physical Therapy from an accredited academic program Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Indiana Current CPR certification Previous clinical experience preferred New graduates welcome Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development What We Offer Daily Pay Retirement savings account Employee referral incentive program State-of-the-art equipment Supportive team approach Why Saint Joseph Health System?
