Software Engineer (AI Training) — Remote Contract

Role responsibilities

Write, debug, and optimize code to train AI systems and evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness and efficiency. Design challenging prompts and provide detailed technical feedback to improve AI coding assistants.

Requirements

Requires proficiency in one or more major programming languages and a strong grasp of software design principles. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience is required.
