Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Coordinate and support quality tasks related to New ProductIntroduction and customer inquiries Participate in customer audits and support preparation to ensurecompliance with industry standards  Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive and clearcommunication Manage Failure Analysis requests, interpret reports, and relayfindings to customers  Act as the main interface for customer complaints, providing timelyanalysis and support Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and drivecontinuous improvement  Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to support customer andbusiness needs. A valid US visa is preferred for this role. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  You are motivated by technology and quality, thrive in a fast-paced anddynamic setting, and use your strong analytical thinking andcommunication skills to foster positive relationships with stakeholders. Degree in engineering or related field and understanding ofelectronic devices (mandatory)  Knowledge of semiconductor devices, package technologies, and devicereliability (mandatory) with Failure analysis and field applicationsexperienced highly desired.  Experience with stress testing and structured problem-solving methodssuch as 8D (preferred)  Familiarity with manufacturing engineering concepts, includingprocess control, FMEA, and OCAP (preferred)  Understanding of quality management systems and industry standardssuch as ISO 9001, IATF/VDA, and QMS (preferred)  Strong communication skills with experience presenting technicalinformation and supporting customers (mandatory)  Ability to work effectively under pressure Additional information Infineon Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
