Project Description
The project involves a cloud-based healthcare application that serves as a central orchestration and integration layer between the client’s internal systems and external donor registries. The application processes standardized message flows supporting patient registration, donor and cord blood searches, HLA testing requests, and related communications required to identify suitable donor matches.

What You'll Do
- Gather and clarify requirements from Product, Architecture, and other stakeholders;
- Analyze system behavior, integrations, data flows, and dependencies when introducing new functionality;
- Help stakeholders and development teams understand how different systems interact and depend on each other;
- Write clear and actionable user stories for backend and UI development, including relevant system dependencies;
- Define acceptance criteria in Given–When–Then format for functional requirements and document non-functional requirements clearly;
- Participate in backlog refinement sessions;
- Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and answer questions during implementation;
- Collaborate with QA to ensure test cases align with acceptance criteria and support defect analysis;
- Facilitate discussions between teams when changes impact multiple systems;
Job Requirements
- Experience working as a Business Analyst on complex software systems, preferably in the healthcare domain;
- Ability to perform technical analysis of system behavior, integrations, data flows, and system dependencies, including assessing the impact of changes across systems;
- Experience working with multiple integrated systems and understanding how changes in one system affect others;
- Understanding of system integrations, including REST APIs, message brokers, event-driven architectures, or similar approaches;
- Ability to work with databases, use SQL to analyze data, and validate system behavior;
- Understanding of software development processes and basic system architecture;
- Experience working with cloud environments; basic understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture is a strong plus;
- Ability to write clear and detailed user stories and technical tickets for backend and frontend development teams;
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Experience working in Agile teams and understanding of Scrum ceremonies;
- Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel;
- English level B2 or higher;
