Human Resources - Senior Associate
As a Human Resources (HR) Senior Associate, you will support Riveron’s U.S.-based HR team by providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team. This includes maintaining employee records, assisting with documentation creation, and supporting routine HR processes and programs across the employee lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
Provide administrative and project support to the HR team across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed
Ensure employee data in Riveron’s HRIS (Workday) is accurate and current, including processing hires, terminations, job changes, and other updates
Prepare and process standard HR documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, verification letters, and more
Generate and distribute recurring and ad hoc HR reports, respond to stakeholder data requests, and continuously improve reporting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Identify and implement opportunities to improve HR processes and overall operational effectiveness
Maintain data integrity through regular audits and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Manage priorities across multiple time zones while supporting U.S.-based stakeholders.
Who You Are
3-4 years of experience in HR or a related field (experience in global or professional services environments preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday); reporting and analytics experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
