Join us as an Industrial Process Automation & AI Specialist and become part of transformation programs for leading industrial companies. In this consulting role, you will work directly with client organizations to redesign and optimize their business processes by leveraging automation, data-driven decision making, and AI-powered solutions across Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, and Aftersales.

You will work at the intersection of business transformation, process excellence, and emerging technologies — combining your industry knowledge with hands-on experience in automation and AI to help organizations identify opportunities, redesign operations, and implement solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and performance.

THE WORK:

• Analyze and improve business processes across industrial domains, identifying where automation and AI can make a real difference

• Work with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to design and implement practical solutions

• Facilitate workshops to surface operational challenges and prioritize improvement opportunities

• Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable transformation initiatives

• Support the deployment of AI-enabled use cases and intelligent automation solutions

• Contribute to change management and help organizations actually adopt what's being built

• Track and report on the business value delivered by automation and AI initiatives

• Apply process mining insights, industry best practices, and data-driven approaches to continuous improvement

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business, logistics, manufacturing, IT or equivalent

• At least 3 years of professional experience inside an industrial company in one or more of: Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics/Supply Chain, Sales, or Aftersales/Service Management

• Experience in business or digital transformation and process improvement

• Hands-on involvement in automation initiatives — workflow automation, low-code platforms, or similar

• Familiarity with AI tools in a work context (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• English proficiency; German is a strong advantage

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with process mining tools such as Celonis or Signavio

• SAP transformation experience (S/4HANA, supply chain, manufacturing, or service processes)

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery methodologies

• Jira and Confluence proficiency

• Traveling to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change. We deliver our work in hybrid model, remotely, in our offices but also traveling and working closely with our Clients in their offices. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required.    

• The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office—depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities.
