Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.  Position Summary The Manager, Operations is responsible for assisting in the administration, planning, budgeting, and direction for the operations of PeoplesBank Arena, including front and back of house services, technical services, information technology, conversion, custodial services, and equipment inventory control. This role pays an annual salary of $65,000-$75,000 Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays). This position will remain open until October 16, 2026. Responsibilities Manage all staff involved in housekeeping, conversion, and technical servicesDevelop, maintain, and manage operating procedures relating to housekeeping, technical service, 24-hour facility security, and conversion.Manage the day-to-day maintenance of the ice surface in accordance with AHL regulations.Develop preshow department staffing estimates of expense for the Event Manager and Accounting.Review and recommend day-to-day operational policies and procedures for the Operations department.Research, review, and recommend equipment, materials, and supplies required for the Operations department.Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations. Qualifications 3-5 years of increasing responsibility in facility operations, including housekeeping, conversion, and technical services. Knowledge of ice rink maintenance preferred.High school diploma required.
