To support our extraordinary teams that create excellent products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Process Engineering Technician located in Aguascalientes, Mexico, whose main function will be to provide technical support to the assigned areas to maintain the SMT equipment in optimal conditions, ensuring and complying with quality, as well as the efficiency of the lines.
What a typical day looks like:
- Provide technical support to SMT lines
- Improve and develop processes focused on cost reduction
- Increase productivity and efficiency of SMT lines
- Ensure product quality and work on continuous improvement to keep yield within target
- Eliminate safety risks for line personnel, in addition to taking care of product integrity by avoiding the generation of Scrap
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- High school diploma (TSU or Engineering in Electronics, Industrial or related field is desirable)
- Basic knowledge of electronics
- Intermediate level of English
- PC and Office suite management
- Knowledge of local and regional applications such as Flex Flow, etc.
- Availability of schedule
- Teamwork
- Proactivity and ability to make decisions under pressure
