Job Description:
What You’ll Be Doing:
Responsible for the day-to-day functions of Logistics or Value Add department(s), ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
Supervise day to day operation of a single department (receiving, storing, picking, shipping, special handling) within the distribution/value add center consisting of non-exempt tactical personnel.
With specific direction from management and HR, participates in staffing, terminations, disciplinary counseling, performance management and development in conjunction with facility management. Typically, will need to elevate complex issues.
Report and track department metrics, responding to internal customer inquiries. May need to elevate or work in conjunction with facility management to resolve complex issues.
Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
Resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist.
Other duties as assigned.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Phoenix East Sky Harbor office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.
We’re Looking For:
Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 6-years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
Engineering or technical degree.
Experience with NPI projects.
Works independently; receives minimal guidance.
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes.
Often leads the work of project teams; may formally train junior staff.
Works and helps lead engineers.
Understands engineering processes.
Understands business processes.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$93,500.00 - $112,912.80Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
