Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential customers and engage them in discussions about DBS Bank's consumer banking products and services
• Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to meet the financial needs of customers
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
• Collaborate with the broader Consumer Banking team to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities
• Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators
